Robinson’s Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is You!
Parents, teachers, students and administrators who collectively provide our children with the best possible education in a safe and supportive learning environment.Robinson PTSA provides our school with the finances & equipment to sustain the basic operation of the school, cultural experiences and academic enhancements. PTSA funds site-specific needs on our campus such as technology products (smart boards, laptops, 1-to-1 iPad ratio for grades 3-5), campus enrichment (playground equipment, sunshades, etc), cultural arts residencies (Young at Art, Meet the Masters, Cultural Assemblies, etc), school & office supplies.

Critical Funding
State funding for Manhattan Beach students is the second lowest funded district in California. Robinson PTSA helps close the gap by providing our school with the funds to support programs, teaching and classroom supplies, technological and capital improvements. PTSA funds are used to pay for site-specific “things” at our school whereas funds raised through MBEF are used to pay for “people” – faculty and staff – throughout our district.
Membership & Appeal
The strength of our PTSA depends upon the involvement and commitment of each parent. Historically, Robinson has proudly achieved 100% parent participation in PTSA membership each year. Please join our PTSA for $25 per parent. Each membership includes an online access to Robinson’s Directory, a yearbook, and an opportunity to vote on issues that impact our school. Please consider a fully tax-deductible gift of $275 per student to help fund Robinson specific programs, supplies, and campus improvements.
